Ms Amita Joseph

Ms. Amita Joseph has a background in management, a degree in law from Delhi University & post graduation in Human Rights from the Law Institute. She has worked both in the corporate, legal & development sectors over three decades. Ms. Joseph is on a number of not for profit organization boards such as MESH, CRB, SRUTI, AAM Foundation and is also associated with BCF (Business & Community Foundation) a leading Civil society organization in India working on promoting responsible business practice through education, advocacy, open public discourses, work with management institutes, training, lectures, publications, etc.

Dr Bimal Arora

Dr Bimal Arora is a sustainability, CSR and ethical trade expert with extensive experience working in practice and research with diverse sectors. Dr. Arora is an ingenious thinker, strategist and author on business responsibility and accountability. He has a Masters from the London School of Economics (LSE) and Ph.D. in Sustainability and CSR from the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR), Nottingham University Business School, UK. He is also a fellow at the Growing Inclusive Markets’ initiative at UNDP and a visiting fellow at ICCSR.

Mr Farhad Vania

Mr Farhad Vania is a Portfolio Management advisor to the Country Director at GIZ India. Mr. Vania oversees Indian portfolio development for GIZ India which includes interface with Dept. for Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, Other line ministries; and also includes working with State agencies, donor agencies, training, research & academic institutions and civil society organisations. Mr Vania holds a Masters in Human Ecology from Centre for Human Ecology at the University of Edinburgh, as well as Masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He has over 15 years of experience with various projects related to CSR, forest, wildlife conservation, environmental management and social development.

Mr Manjit Singh

Mr Manjit Singh is a B.Tech Chemical Engineer (1977) from IIT, Kanpur. He has an extensive experience as a professional from the pulp and paper industry in large and medium size companies at the management level in Training & Developments, Quality and Productivity improvement. He has over 37 years of experience as a planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in setting up as well as ensuring smooth functioning of overall plant operations and enhancing operational efficiency through business reviews. Exposure in managing turnkey Manufacturing/Capital Industrial projects with key focus on top line & bottom profitability in respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and compliance to ensure execution within time & cost parameters.

Mr R C Kesar

Mr R C Kesar, presently Director General, OGTC (Okhla Garment and Textile Cluster), is a highly experienced Textile professional with over 55 years of experience in the Textile Industry. He started his career as a Textile Graduate Trainee and went on to become CEO and Board level positions. Widely traveled internationally and nationally, he has represented Textile Association during formulation of Textile Policy and Technological Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) at the Government and Industry interaction and a Key crusader in getting cotton textiles free of excise duty.

Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan

Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan is a Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Area at IIM, Bangalore. At IIM Bangalore, she is also the Chairperson of Alumni Relations and Ethics and Code of Conduct. Prof Srinivasan has a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Fellow Program in Management (PhD equivalent), IIM Bangalore. Prof Srinivasan is on the Board of Advisors – National HRD Network Bangalore Chapter, Chairperson Fourth Wave Foundation, Bangalore and Board member of Enable India Bangalore, Member of the India leadership team of Globethics.net (Geneva based organization). She also runs a website www.teachcsr.com, which has about 900 members and promotes teaching in Business Ethics and CSR in India. She has consulted extensively for both Indian and multinational companies in the field of leadership development. Apart from her teaching engagements both at national and international level, she has consulted, designed, developed, and delivered programs to build the leadership pipeline for organizations. She has also designed and delivered “Tanmatra: Women in Leadership” – a leadership development program exclusively for senior women leaders in business in collaboration with Catalyst India and IBM. Prof Srinivasan has written in numerous journals and publications, her research interests are in the field of Multi-generations in the Workplace, Women in Management and Boards, Ethics Teaching in Business Schools, HRM in Rapid Growth Organizations and Ethics, and CSR in Micro, Small and Mid-sized enterprises.

Professor Pawan Budhwar

A member of the Work and Organizational Psychology Group and Director of the Aston India Foundation for Applied Research, Mr. Pawan is Professor of International HRM at Aston Business School, UK. He is Editor-in-Chief of British Journal of Management, a Fellow of the Academy f Social Sciences, the Higher Education Academy and the British Academy of Management, and has held man visiting professorships worldwide.
