Prevention of harassment

CRB is committed to establishing a workplace free of harassment. All employees must ensure not to verbally or physically mistreat others and engage in offensive behaviour and also not to tolerate those who do. This includes harassing, bullying, abusive or intimidating treatment, inappropriate language or gestures, disorderly conduct, violence, and any other conduct that interferes with a co-worker’s ability to do his or her job.
CRB has a policy on Sexual Harassment at Workplace policy applicable to all persons engaged in the operations of the Company and will prohibit harassment by any employee of the Company towards other employees as well as outside vendors and customers. Any act of sexual harassment shall be considered as
‘Misconduct’ and appropriate disciplinary action shall be initiated against the delinquent employee.
