Mr R C Kesar, presently Director General, OGTC (Okhla Garment and Textile Cluster), is a highly experienced Textile professional with over 55 years of experience in the Textile Industry. He started his career as a Textile Graduate Trainee and went on to become CEO and Board level positions. Widely traveled internationally and nationally, he has represented Textile Association during formulation of Textile Policy and Technological Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) at the Government and Industry interaction and a Key crusader in getting cotton textiles free of excise duty.

Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan is a Professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Area at IIM, Bangalore. At IIM Bangalore, she is also the Chairperson of Alumni Relations and Ethics and Code of Conduct. Prof Srinivasan has a PGD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Fellow Program in Management (PhD equivalent), IIM Bangalore. Prof Srinivasan is on the Board of Advisors – National HRD Network Bangalore Chapter, Chairperson Fourth Wave Foundation, Bangalore and Board member of Enable India Bangalore, Member of the India leadership team of Globethics.net (Geneva based organization). She also runs a website www.teachcsr.com, which has about 900 members and promotes teaching in Business Ethics and CSR in India. She has consulted extensively for both Indian and multinational companies in the field of leadership development.

Vice President, Public Affairs at Nayara Energy
Deepak Arora’s journey in the CSR arena began with Cairn India in 2008 and since then he has had several “Firsts” to his credit. The IFC valuation tool was implemented under his leadership for the first and only time in India. He is now heading the Public Affairs function for Nayara Energy Limited. Nayara Energy operates India’s second largest refinery in the private sector.
His strength lies in interconnecting community needs into what he terms as “web of neurons” building intelligent solutions. A great communicator, clairvoyant leader and brilliant thinker, his views are always a step ahead of others. He is an active member in several national level committees and an active contributor to various forums and national television.

Meera Mitra is a Development Specialist and Sociologist and holds a PhD, Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. Dr. Mitra is CRB Senior Advisor and Lead: Forum for State Business Collaborations for SDGs. She has development consultancy and academic experience in India and U.S. (JMC Delhi University, Franklin & Marshal College, Millersville University). She directed several multi-sector social development initiatives; served on Bureau Indian Standards panels (Social Accountability, Good Governance Standards). Her books: ‘ It’s Only Business: India’s Corporate Social Responsiveness in a Globalised World’ Oxford University Press2009 ‘BREAKING THROUGH: India’s Stories of Beating the Odds on POVERTY’2015 (Rupa).

Portfolio Management Advisor to the Country Director, GIZ
Mr Farhad Vania is a Portfolio Management advisor to the Country Director at GIZ India. Mr. Vania oversees Indian portfolio development for GIZ India which includes interface with Dept. for Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, Other line ministries; and also includes working with State agencies, donor agencies, training, research & academic institutions and civil society organisations. Mr Vania holds a Masters in Human Ecology from Centre for Human Ecology at the University of Edinburgh, as well as Masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He has over 15 years of experience with various projects related to CSR, forest, wildlife conservation, environmental management and social development.
