Code of Conduct
CRB is guided by the following principles

Respect of contractual & legal obligations
Fulfil all contractual commitments. Respect the laws in force in India and ensure that all policies and procedures are complied appropriately with the relevant laws in future.
To make sure that all action and motives are understandable and comprehensible.
Be loyal to the organisation. This also means providing constructive criticism, which can, be expressed in an appropriate manner and openly within CRB.
Handle all business information confidentially whenever its nature necessitates discretion or if this is expressly required.
Work together with the project partners and target groups in a fair and reliable manner based on mutual trust. This also applies to the behaviour vis-à-vis the colleagues, whereby a constructive approach to conflict management comprises a key component of our work.

Prevention of harassment
CRB is committed to establishing a workplace free of harassment. All employees must ensure not to verbally or physically mistreat others and engage in offensive behaviour and also not to tolerate those who do. This includes harassing, bullying, abusive or intimidating treatment, inappropriate language or gestures, disorderly conduct, violence, and any other conduct that interferes with a co-worker’s ability to do his or her job.
CRB has a policy on Sexual Harassment at Workplace policy applicable to all persons engaged in the operations of the Company and will prohibit harassment by any employee of the Company towards other employees as well as outside vendors and customers. Any act of sexual harassment shall be considered as
‘Misconduct’ and appropriate disciplinary action shall be initiated against the delinquent employee.
