Capability Building Tailored for Indian Suppliers
Overview
AIM-Progress, Centre for Responsible Business and Quizrr have partnered to help Indian suppliers enhance their knowledge and practices in Business and Human Rights (BHR) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). Running from August 2024 to April 2025, this initiative aims to improve the sustainability and transparency of Indian value chains in the FMCG sector.


Objectives
The programme aims to equip Indian suppliers with the tools, knowledge, and frameworks to integrate BHR and HRDD into their operations. Specifically, the programme aims to:
- Build awareness around key concepts of BHR, HRDD, and human rights regulations specific to India
- Offer suppliers a deeper understanding of HRDD, regulations and their implications for the supply chain
- Showcase practical examples, best practices, and success stories to inspire actionable change within suppliers’ businesses
- Provide tools and resources to help suppliers implement human rights policies effectively and sustainably
